In principal, we do not accept exchanges, refund or returns for any reason whatsoever. All sales made are final.

We’ll make an exception in the points below.

1. You receive the wrong items.

We will send correct ones immediately if the items you received are different from your original order.

Please contact to us within 7 days of receipt.

2. You change your mind after you complete your order.

We cannot accept your request at all.

You have to make a new order even if you want to just change color, size or model also.

3. The products you taken wrong size/model.

We cannot accept your request at all.

This is the online shop so you can’t try them in person.
